Over the course of his career, Ari Rosenschein has written, recorded, and released music in styles ranging from power pop and post-rock to psychedelia and Americana. As a solo artist, he twice made the Grammy shortlist and toured the US, UK, Canada, and Japan. His songs appeared in TV shows and films like Veronica Mars, As Cool as I Am, Shameless, and others. 

As a collaborator, Ari co-wrote the 2006 John Lennon Songwriting Contest Song of the Year with Latin artist Gaby Moreno and co-produced two albums with his wife, Canadian singer/songwriter Adrienne Pierce. He has written songs with Jennifer Finch of L7, Josie Cotton, and many others. In addition to his solo records, Ari's musical projects include his eclectic solo art rock act STAHV, The Royal Oui, a rootsy duo with Pierce, sci-fi thrashers Colony Drop, and the '70s-tinged doom of Teacher.
